Let’s say these three are traits are your brand’s personality:

Passionate

Now those traits are quite broad, let’s dissect each of it and define how these will help you communicate with your audience:

Authentic – Engaging, transparent, direct, trustworthy
Sophistication- formal, proper, glamorous, charming
Passionate – heartfelt, eager, committed, proactive

You may want to discuss this with a team and get an outside opinion. Huddle and try narrowing it down to the top three for a consistent personality for your brand.

2. Create a Brand guide chart

The brand guide chart will help you “visually” assess your brand voice and consistently implement it.

All you have to do is create four columns with your brand traits listed and the description, dos and don’ts for each.
